Non-returnable Deposit of £100 required at the time of booking.
Balance due 28 days before start of stay.
We ask for a £100 security deposit – this is refundable on satisfactory vacation of the house and is a safeguard against significant damages, losses or additional cleaning. The refund will be within 2 weeks of your departure date.
Cancellation Policy:
If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 28 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to £100 per booking will be made.
EV Charger Details
Coldgill View has its own 7kW electric car charger point, please bring your own charging cable as this is not provided.
At the time of booking please add the EV Charger as a booking extra (or contact us to add it to your booking at a later stage).
We currently charge 48p/Kwh to use the charger. Four nights before your stay we ask for a nightly fee of £15 and from this payment we deduct the cost of your car charging. Any funds not used will be refunded within two weeks of your departure with the security deposit where appropriate – should your total charging costs be more than this advance payment we will deduct the excess from your security deposit.
Once we have received your payment , we will provide you with access to our RFID card which activates the charger.
We will honour the costs quoted at the time of booking but should these be reduced we will of course alter your booking accordingly.
It is not permitted to plug any electric vehicle into any electrical point in the property, except for the official electric vehicle charger.
No liability is accepted if incorrect connection causes damage to your vehicle.
