Welcome to Coldgill View, a large and cosy Cumbrian holiday home. Set in the characteristic village of Great Broughton, near Cockermouth. Located on the far western edge of Great Broughton, a five minute drive to Cockermouth, ten minutes to Bassenthwaite Lake, fifteen minute drive to Keswick and ten to the Cumbrian coastal town of Maryport. The property lying at the very end of the village enjoys stunning, unobstructed views of the local countryside, the river Derwent and panoramic views of the northern Lake District fells.
Recently totally renovated to the highest standard, both inside and out.
The property offers luxury in terms of facilities and sensitive but contemporary décor.
